I am very happy with the service I received from Arborwise LLC. They were very professional, worked together like a well oiled machine. Adam and his crew did a wonderful job cutting all the trees down and went above and beyond to make it look nice and finished so that I can plant grass seed in the spring and actually have a yard! Cleaned up the area beautifully. Their prices were much better than other quotes I received. Adam does what he says he will do, even came back the next day to finish up AFTER I already paid him. It's not easy to find companies like this anymore. Honest, hardworking, reliable, personable, just really good guys. I would not hesitate to use them again. We could not be more pleased with the service that Arborwise, LLC provided. Following the storms of the previous years, we begin to monitor the status of the larger trees surrounding our home. The Arborwise team quickly responded to our request for an estimate and developed a plan of action that would not require the use of heavy equipment due to recent rain fall. On the scheduled day Paul and his team arrived and quickly started to work. During this time they took precaution to protect a nearby fence and landscape. Not only was the service they provided exactly what was discussed during the estimate conversation, but above what was expected.

Adam did great work at my rental home for a fair price! He went above and beyond by doing a little more than we discussed, based on his assessment when he got there. Will be using again!

Let me start out by saying I DO NOT hand out unearned compliments, nor do I go out of my way to write reviews on independent contractors because I hardly ever have a 5 star experience. This was a completely different experience from normal, as Arbor Wise Tree earning a 5 star review for the work they did is an understatement!! I’m excited I can finally write one. Quite frankly, I cannot even believe this level of professionalism, customer service and top notch/ detailed work is even in existence. Starting from the quote, Adam came out immediately upon calling him, and also agreed to begin the project pretty quickly and gave an exact day he would start. We had a very large job that spanned over a week. The team was extremely focused and efficient. Adam listened to what we wanted, and executed exactly what we asked for. There was no drama or silly games. Adam was always in regular communication when he needed to be. The whole team was very polite and approachable. Several of my neighbors have already hired them from the work they saw being done at my house. When it comes to any kind of tree service, Arbor Wise has 100% share of my mind. I would not even consider anyone else. With this quality of work and customer service, I’m sure they are very successful already, but I look forward to them growing even more in the years to come. What an amazing service we received from Adam, Paul and their crew. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work that they had done. They showed up early, stayed late, cut down huge trees, cleared brush, trimmed trees, moved heavy logs and even killed snakes! Their prices were excellent and we would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone. We have used other tree services before, but we won’t use any other from now on!

As a business educator since 1979 I love working with professional people. ArborWise was totally professional. He arrive on time, he knew how to talk to a customer, was courtesy and accessed the work to be done and told me he’d come back to complete the job. Which he did! Some businesses are about the money, it’s customer service that will keep you in business. The next time I need service I already know who I’m calling.

I had called 6 different tree removal companies from ads I received in the mail. Only half called me back, and when I asked to see their Certificate of Insurance, they never responded. I called Arborwise, and Adam (the owner) came out the same day, did an onsite estimate, and I was surprised at the low cost we agreed to, to remove a large tree next to my house and over a 6ft wooden fence. We scheduled, and they showed up on time, and with a crew of 6 awesome members did an incredible job, as promised! He has an incredible team, whom I spoke with several of them, who are genuine hard working Americans who put the customer first. I was especially surprised at the cleanup. They had to drop the main tree in my neighbors yard, whom I promised they would clean up everything. My yard and my neighbors were so clean at the end, you couldn't even tell they had been there! Kudos to such a great team! I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends hands down. It is so nice knowing that a company exists that put customer service and value ahead of everything else! Check them out! You will NOT be disappointed!

Adam, Paul and their crew cut down a large tree that had been dead about a year in our back yard. As a surprise to all of us they found an enormous honey bee hive in the tree. They carefully took the section of the trunk with the nest to a friend of theirs that was a bee keeper and cared for honey bees. The friend noticed that the queen was missing. They went back to the tree and while they were searching for the queen they got stung several times. They could not find the queen so they made 2 more trips back to find her. On the 3rd trip they found her and took her to the hive. After all of that effort they dropped off a bottle of honey for our daughter. Arborwise really went above and beyond to take care of us and nature. They really care. We will absolutely be using them again and refer them to our friends and neighbors.

Adam and his crew did an amazing job. Knocked it out of the park, and for a fair price. They took out 6 monster pines, a watter oak, and a maple. 9 trees down, cut, mulched, sorted, and carried to the curb in 2 days. All in 90 degree heat. These guys know what their doing. Hire with confidence.
